Instrument Cases

These attractive and versatile cases are produced in twelve standard sizes. Aluminium in appearance and manufactured from tough self-coloured ABS plastic, they retain their good looks for the life of the case. They include a hinged lid with IP65 seal, lockable catches and comfortable carry handle.

Traditionally cases of this type have been manufactured with metal rims. This has a major disadvantage in that if the case is dropped and the rim bent, the case is unusable. QED’s method of construction avoids this problem, with its unique all plastic rim, which is highly resistant to damage.

Blank faceplates are available from stock complete with QED’s unique fixing system, which allows for quick assembly. These plates can also be supplied pre-machined and printed to your specification.

Polyethylene ‘Pick & Pluck’ foam is available in layers, which you can easily shape to suit your needs.

As always, QED is able to supply foam liners machined or fabricated to your specification, or alternatively send us the items to be carried and we will design and supply a solution.
