 Aluminium Containers
We are able to supply
aluminium containers to suit most applications and sizes.
Designed primarily to meet the requirements
of Ministry of Defence specification DEF-STAN 81-41
Level J these containers fall into two categories, the General
Purpose and the Fabricated & Welded.
General Purpose
Containers (GP)
These containers are constructed from
pressed aluminium panels, spot welded and fitted with aluminium
extrusions,
larger panels
are ribbed for additional strength.
Supplied with a handles,
catches, hinged lid and stacking features as standard,
they are shower proof.
 Available in standard sizes and naturally
corrosion resistant, these aluminium containers can be
further enhanced
with a variety of paint finishes, including Infra-Red
Reflective to NATO standards.
We are able to carry out any
internal fitting work required, including the design and
manufacture of
cushioning for
fragile equipment.

 Fabricated & Welded
From the very simple to the most sophisticated of designs,
the options are almost endless. Having an excellent strength
to weight ratio, aluminium is the ideal material when
flexible designs are required. Size is no obstacle, having
completed
containers over 17 metres in length.
Using computer generated
solid modelling and finite element analysis, we are able
to refine designs to provide the
optimum strength and protection in a cost effective
package. Modern,
state of the art, punching and bending facilities, supported
by our skilled workforce, make the design a reality.
Naturally
corrosion resistant, they can be further enhanced with
a variety of paint finishes, including Infrared
