Do you have a project that requires a number of products and/or services bringing together? It may require some final assembly, engineering, screen-printing and documentation. Does it need testing? Do you need a NATO stock number? We will manage the project to a satisfactory conclusion releasing you to concentrate on what you do best.

The latest solid modelling software enables us to design the optimum solution for your particular project. These solid models then allow us to run simulations, such as a drop test, to give confidence that a design meets specification before production starts, often negating the need to carry out physical tests.

With our in house jig & tool production, CNC equipment and experienced operators we will quickly turn a one off prototype or a 100,000 production run into reality.

Plastic Containers can be Thermoformed, Blow moulded or Rotationally moulded in a range of sizes and colours.

Products such as the unique QED Hi-K container have been providing storage and protection for over 25 years and are still going strong today.

Aluminium containers are available from ranges of standard sizes and as custom made individual models.

Cases can include internal fittings such as support frames, engineered clamping, shock mounted platforms and load spreading supports in foam and RFPDI, QED's unique self-skinned moulded foam.
