Using the latest CAD software including SolidWorks, we
can produce both two and three dimensional images. Thermoforming
or injection moulding, our in house tool and pattern makers
will quickly turn ideas into reality. Whether it be a prototype
or a 100,000 production run, our modern CNC machinery and
experienced operators will provide an economic solution.
 Working primarily with plastics and aluminium, we have
a range of cases, which meet the most commercial and
military specifications.
Products such as the unique Hi-K
container, used widely for the transportation and storage
of electronic and
optical stores by the UK Ministry of Defence
for over 20 years,
and still going strong today.
Aluminium containers
are available in two basic types, the GP, which is a medium
duty case in standard sizes,
and the
fabricated and welded option which is designed
for a specific requirement and produced to any size and
shape. Blow moulded and rotationally
moulded containers are available in a range of
standard sizes and colours.
Reusable containers, many of which are NATO codified,
offer the ideal solution for the smaller items.
 In
additional we are agents for a number of leading
overseas suppliers further enhancing our own product
range.
Cases can include internal fittings such
as support frames, engineered clamping, shock mounts,
supported
inner containers,
and load spreading supports in foam and RFPDI, QED’s
unique self-skinned moulded foam.
